Refund policy

Everything sold on drayki.com is digital: sound kits (drum kits, 808 libraries, one-shots, loops and presets) delivered as downloads, and HALO, a software plugin. Nothing is shipped, so nothing can be returned.
Once downloaded, the sale is final
A downloaded file cannot be given back, so we do not refund a product once it has been downloaded. By placing your order, you ask for immediate access to your files and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download starts (article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU; article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).
Before you download
If you have not downloaded the product yet, you can cancel your order within 14 days of purchase and get a full refund. Just write to us with your order number.
If something is wrong with your files
If a file is missing, damaged, doesn't open or doesn't match its description, contact us and we will send you a working copy. If we can't fix it, we will refund you. This does not affect your legal rights regarding digital content that does not conform to what you bought.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
